A detailed questionnaire for people ready to plan their move. It covers your personal and family details, education, work history, language scores, funds, past applications and the documents you already have. Sections adapt to your program: Skilled Worker and Express Entry, Business, Entrepreneur and Investor, IEC and Work Permits, Study, Family Sponsorship, and Visitor. Full Assessments are reviewed first.
Before you begin: Please do not type passport numbers or bank account numbers, and do not send documents. Submitting a questionnaire does not create a client relationship or guarantee any result. Your answers are kept in Google Forms and a Google Sheet in our Google account and emailed to info@civs.ca; they are not stored on this website. See our privacy notice.
