Your eligibility assessment, explained

Anna, CIVS News: After an invitation, why do strong files get refused, and how can viewers work with you? Sean G McKinsley (digital avatar): The profile is self-declared. The application after your invitation must prove it. A common refusal reason is reference letters that don’t match the duties of the claimed NOC, or self-employment counted as Canadian Experience Class work. That’s why we start with a two-minute Scope and Readiness Pre-Check and the 1,500 dollar Canadian Eligibility and Pathway Assessment, payable as invoiced. Within five business days of receiving your completed questionnaire, the Team of Sean G McKinsley and Kimberly J White delivers a written plan across Express Entry, provincial nominee streams outside Quebec, C11 and Francophone Mobility work permits, Family Sponsorship, Citizenship, and Humanitarian and Compassionate applications. IRCC makes every decision, and no outcome is guaranteed. Visit mckinsley-white.ca to start.
A written review of your Canadian immigration options, before you make major decisions.
A Canadian Immigration Eligibility and Pathway Assessment is a written review, by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, of the Canadian immigration routes that may be open to you. It checks program rules, funds, ownership and management facts, admissibility and evidence gaps, and sets out your next steps. It is professional advice, not a guaranteed outcome. Only IRCC or the province decides.
Flat fee: CAD $1,500 plus applicable taxes, delivered within 5 business days. Payable as invoiced. Larger work is a separate Service Agreement. Government and third-party fees are separate.
Prepared by the Team of Sean G McKinsley and Kimberly J White, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants.
Three steps, no cost to ask:
- Send the short enquiry form. It is free and creates no obligation.
- We confirm we can help, then send a written Service Agreement for the assessment stage.
- You complete our detailed questionnaire. We deliver your written assessment within 5 business days.
Requesting a proposal is free and creates no obligation. You do not need a consultation first.
Who this is for
- Entrepreneurs and business purchasers: starting or buying a Canadian business, provincial entrepreneur streams, and temporary business-owner work permits where they apply.
- International executives and corporate owners: expanding into Canada, or transferring an executive, manager or employee with specialized knowledge between related companies.
- Canadian employers: a foreign-worker plan, LMIA requirements, or an LMIA-exempt category.
- Complex circumstances: an application in progress, a previous refusal, competing permanent residence options, family planning, or humanitarian and compassionate (H&C) questions.
What your written assessment includes
The exact scope is confirmed in your Service Agreement. As relevant to you:
- Feasibility conclusion: which pathways appear viable, which do not, and what is unresolved.
- Eligibility matrix: your facts and evidence compared with the material requirements of each pathway examined.
- Pathway comparison: eligibility, sequencing, document burden and main risks where more than one route is credible.
- Risk and evidence-gap register: weaknesses, inconsistencies, admissibility issues and missing documents.
- Document list: the records needed for the recommended pathway, in priority order.
- Next-step roadmap: the recommended sequence of verification, evidence gathering and decisions, with alternatives.
- Written findings: your RCIC's reasoning, assumptions, information gaps and conclusions.
What it does not include
- Preparing or filing any expression of interest, nomination, work permit or permanent residence application. Each is a separate stage agreed in writing.
- Business plans, purchase negotiations, valuation, commercial due diligence, escrow or securities work.
- Corporate, tax or accounting advice.
- Recruitment or job offers. We do not sell or arrange jobs.
No investment return, nomination, invitation or immigration outcome is guaranteed.
Your assessment reflects program rules in force on the date we write it. Draw scores, quotas and provincial intakes change, and meeting minimum criteria does not guarantee an invitation or nomination.
How it works
- Request a proposal using the short enquiry form. Tell us your goal and timeline.
- We confirm the scope, fee and delivery date in a written Service Agreement for the assessment stage only.
- After you sign, we send our detailed questionnaire. You complete it and provide your documents.
- Your RCIC reviews them and writes your assessment.
- You receive your written assessment within 5 business days. Fees are payable as invoiced, by QuickBooks invoice/card link or Wise.
- Any next stage is agreed separately, in writing, only if you choose to go ahead.
